At Chosen Grace, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@chosengrace.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour issues subject to availability. Please contact us at support@chosengrace.in to request an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
